The family business for 40 years!

Virgil and Peggy Jackson started Lone Tree Ag in November of 1984 and were HydraBed dealers based outside of Chugwater, Wyoming for 40 years. Virgil passed away December of 2019 and was memorialized by over 800 people attending this event in the Chugwater gymnasium. There were people in attendance from Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado, Montana and Kansas. There were comments by the family during the service that they intended to keep the HydraBed legacy moving forward, and that is exactly what is happening.

Peggy kept the company operating for another 4 years, but in August of 2023, she decided that it was time to pass the torch to her son and daughter-in-law, Derek and Michele Jackson.

Derek and Michele have been involved in the family business over the years and are very excited to continue the family legacy. Derek brings with him years of experience in small business and the insurance industry, and Michele has been with him every step of the way.

The company is now called Jackson Ag and is located at the same location as Lone Tree Ag, just outside of Chugwater, Wyoming.
